I've been looking at a couple Atlas snap track plans for a double-track wye. They all use #4 turnouts and 12.5 and 19 degree crossings. The space required is about 4x6 feet. Has anyone attempted to build a double-track wye using #6 turnouts? Anyone know of any track plans for such an undertaking? What degree of crossing tracks do you use? How much more space is needed? Any input appreciated. Tuvm MJ
I am not sure on the degrees but look in the atlas 6 layouts to model the last layout has the the double track wye and the track that they need to build them be sure to insulate the jointers and also shows ya how to wire them up
