Anyone know of a good hobby shop in Oklahoma City that carries a good bit of N scale stuff? Heading out there in a couple weeks for a week and want to buy myself some stuff.

Take a 90 minute drive north to Tulsa and visit Challenger N Scale. I lived in Tulsa until last year and they have the best selection anywhere

I know one of the long time OKC shops just closed due to retirement - Woodwards, I think, but I am not sure. Call before you go, and yes, Challenger up in Tulsa is very good.

    Wooward's is closed. :(

Wistle Stop has some stuff, about the only place in the OKC area you're going to find n scale. I buy most of my stuff there.

Tulsa is one of the places on my list to retire to. Now, I’m going to have to move it up to the top of the list. :D

Whistle Stop Trains on Britton Road on the north side of Okie City.

Woodward's closed when Tom Woodward retired a couple of years ago.

Only other choices are Action Hobbies and Challenger NScale in Tulsa, on the other end of the Turner Turnpike (I44).

Living as I do smack in the middle of nowhere, apx. halfway between OKC and Amarillo TX. Woodward’s and Hobby Time were my two choices for a lot of my basic hobby supplies and scenery materials.

Mostly I e-order and have it sent by USPS or Fed-Ex or Chapa-Eye.
