Significant rail infrastructure, strings of short freight cars, noon-ish, mid/late-summer, with a sun angle of 30-40 degrees imply northern Europe. Definitely not the UK since the traffic appears to be right-hand running, evidenced by the trucks.
And some of them appear to be strings tank cars...? The river appears to be flowing North, and there's something funky about the earth color around those tree's in the upper right of the wide-shot. I'm stumped so far... -Mike
Hmmm...."river flowing north" suggests the northern half of Germany, possibly Poland, where most rivers flow into the Baltic Sea. However, not being a student of satellite photography, I'm stumped beyond this.
