    I am not very impressed right now with Trainboard. For the second time in as many years I have been blocked from signing in. WHY? I have done nothing that would warrant being blocked, and what makes things worse, any attempts I have at regaining my original password have failed. I have had to re-register using yet another username and password, and supply an alternate email address because this system keeps blocking my original one.
    If Trainboard is blocking me because I haven't been in here for a couple of months, that's totally unfair. I do have other things to do. If it's a technical issue, then perhaps it should be addressed. If it's a decision by the administrators, then I want to know why.
    In any case, I'm not a happy railroader right now.

    Ok, I'll bite. :)

    1) We are not blocking you from signing in. We are not blocking anyone from signing in unless they are banned.
    2) You help this situation in no way as you do not actually indicate any kind of error message, etc.
    3) Nothing is wrong with our system that would prevent anyone from logging in.
    4) Users are permitted to have only one profile so you need to let me know your username so I can delete this profile.
    5) Our password reset/retrieval system works perfectly unless the messages go to your junk folder or are blocked by your ISP.
    6) You should have used the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page rather than posting this crap.
