    A good friend of mine scratch built a model of the Ingalls 4-S. He then made urethane castings of it. Here is his finished product running on his switching layout.

    My son got the cut and paste link to work and now the first youtube video isn't working. Must be some glitch in the program. :(

    I found this article about the diesel engine in the Ingalls 4-S. It says, "this is the single Ingalls Shipbuilding Company Model 4-S locomotive". Am I to understand from that passage that Ingalls never made another one of these locos?
