I have been of of this thing for a while. You can either upload directly to a post or use the code provided on each image/video to insert it in a post. We can help you if necessary. Charlie
If you go to your uploaded pictures, and click on the picture you want to post (so that it becomes a full-size image) you will see a number of options to "Share Media" displayed to the right of the picture. Copy the text out of "Share Image" and then while composing your new post use the "Image" icon in the bar above the text box to add the photo.
I just open my media in a new window or tab. Click on the image I want to make it full size. Then right click on it....'copy'...and then 'paste' the image right into my post
