Hey guys, It has been quite a long time since I registered here at trainboard, so I'm sure I agreed to a terms of service page when I signed up. Because of Rick's post in the inspection pit I went looking for the TOS and I couldn't find a link to it in about 10 minutes search. Is there one available? I've signed on to boards that had TOS that looked written by a lawyer, boards that used vB's default and boards where the TOS basically said "We use four letter words and post pictures that are not safe for work, you have been warned." But every place has one....especially if children are present. Am I missing an obvious link to ours? and if I'm not, can we have an obvious link to it? Given Rick's question and our recent issues with at least one long time member, it might be worth it to have it more obvious. Of course, I've also been on websites where discussions of the TOS and "admin abuse" became part of the fabric of the board, but heck, I just see that as a part of life on the internet.
I don't know if this is the full terms of service, but one of the links up above is for the "FAQ." That gives you some instructions as well as some policies, with a pretty detailed explanation of what we do to be in compliance with COPPA.
Welcome to TrainBoard Tim!!!!!!! You already proved you can!!!!!!!
