John, all that you say above is true, but if you want to have a rivet counter's point of view, you also have to take into account the fact that a C40-8 is shorter by about 3 feet than a C40-9 as well. Dom
Dom, I am not a rivet counter. I dont know how to count. What I do look for a engine is that they capture the flavor. In a engine that size, I dont think it makes a difference, but on a geep, it does.
