Has there been a slow down in traffic thourgh Denver? I have been able in the past that is to catch as many as 32 different SD70MACs but not for the last couple of months. Has any one heard of track work or any thing that is diverting traffic past Denver? Thanks [ 05. October 2003, 18:01: Message edited by: Steve Brown ]
You know, I was gonna post a similar thread about Portland. There ain't nothin goin on on the BNSF up here. UP is really busy though.
Interesting its not just the Coal traffic either yard work appears to be slower also. I will admit that there has been some track work gong on in the yard but that is all that I have seen. I even drove all the way to Pueblo no sign of major work there either. Will have to see what happens in the near future.
Come out East to Chadwick. The stack trains run through here all the time, no slow downs here on the BNSF.
Ironically, I was taking a trip down WA route 14 today and the BNSF was chugging right along. Maybe it's seasonal since mostly grain comes through here.
