well the N guys have one so why shouldnt we just 1 loco and 1 item of rolling stock mine is easy the only loco i have wanted for years a C636 in BN and the BN 100 ton ore cars built by bethlehem steel in 1980
Locomotive: MP15AC Freight Car: Trinity 5-well "Backpacker" Stack car ------------------ Have A Nice Day!
How about some USRA boilers made out of high quality styrene rather than Zamac or potmetal!!! I would like an updated version of Bowser's tooling for the USRA Hvy. Mountain.. hoping never hurt!
well it looks like the HO manufactures have got it easy if all thats required is a C636, a MP15, MP15AC and some USRA boilers... surly there must be more thats missing, another Loco id like is an M420 it would go well on my Montata Central as these locos sem popular with short lines and regonals
I'd love to have some good locos decorated for FRISCO. Seems like we FRISCO modelers have a tough time getting anything from the manufacturers. Proto 2000, Atlas, or Kato would be wonderful.

quote:
Originally posted by Maxwell Plant: Hey, I thought you guys already had an MP15 and an MP15AC.

Well....yes and no. Con-Cor makes an MP15(DC), but the detail leaves a lot to be desired. An MP15AC has never been mass produced in plastic, but OMI has done them in brass, and in fact a new run of them is due shortly. Unfortunately, though, these are out of the price range of most modelers, so a plastic MP15/MP15AC could be used on the market; I think there are enough owners and paint schemes to justify making one. ------------------ Have A Nice Day!
Locomotive: SD70MAC, MP15-T(CSX) Rail Car: 2-bay ACF Center-Flo hopper(Cheaper than intermountain but as high quality) SD70MAC in plastic but, cheaper than the Genesis series.
A re-relase Atlas/Kato GP-35 in Erie Lackawanna vintage as I missed them the first time. Of course they must be DCC ready!
Here is my "wish list" Loco- AC6000CW Car- Bombardier Bi-level Commuter Car and/or Amerail California Car
Hmmm........ It seems almost every loco I want in N Scale is already produced in N scale, time to switch again And chessie, I thought you were getting what you wanted from Athearn?! Dane N. ------------------ TAMR2860-AKA BC Rail King TAMR2860@hotmail.com
Mine would be decent GP-7's or 9's that are not short run productions. Except for Athearns GP-7(hood too wide) there are no readily available models at reasonable prices.
Rumor BCR... rumor :-( ------------------ Theres no such thing as having to many coal hoppers or GP40-2 when you model Chessie System LONG LIVE THE KITTEN!!! LONG LIVE BIG BLUE!!!
My vote would be for a very decent looking chop nose WM GP9..in both circus colors and chessie paint..and some of those double truck tank cars..
Add to the list: 1. N&W SD-50S 2. scale width hood for the U30C 3. re-release of the USRA 2-8-8-2 from P2K 4. a handful of N&W H2A class hoppers 5. a CF class cabin and 6. A new Polly-scale color called PEVLAR Blue Is that too much to ask for????? Have a good one, Justin May
OK every one here's the run down MP15AC plastic - All I can say its in the works and its not con-crap, I mean con-cor SD70MAC Plastic - If one is made Athearn will do it, eaven if RPP produces the shell it will cost you about the same if not mor to make one out of RPP, and you wouldnt be happy with the detail of RPP SD80MAC Plastic- Are you that lazey that you cant cut a noch out of the 90MAC shell from RPP? Come on its not that hard. MY WISH LIST ADDITION is for Walthers to reintroduce all of their old passenger kits in plastic, includind the traction and doodelbugs. ------------------ Mike Slater President of WUJRRC President of Tri-County MR Club Inc.
