nice shots/nice work. i cant wait to be able to start work on my layout again.im getting tired of running on my foldout table
So i couldn’t resist I know cp never had them but I guess i my railroad we must have bought 2 for testing
I wanted to post those pictures in the weekend modeling thread but couldn't find it. So I post here. Many trees planted this weekend, hey! Envoyé de mon SM-G970F en utilisant Tapatalk
Got 2of these broadway limited aces I think they are a good start to see if you want to go dcc. They pull extremely well and you can run them on your dc layout to get a taste of dcc with sound
If I do a modern layout I want those two. That's mainly what I see around here over the past 15 years. Thanks.
Yesterday the letter carrier dropped off my new broadway limited gevo. Was hesitant to get but now that it’s here ill be getting the cp ones next. These mixed in with my fox valleys good
They all 3 look great! Which is your favorite? What about the BLI unit? Sound good? Any issues with it?
It's been a while since I've visited this thread so I figured someone had to have gotten some of the Rapido Dash 8-40CM's since my last visit and I was right lol. Very nice locos for sure. I didn't get any of the BC rail versions but they do look nice.
my favorite is fox valley. but you cant beat the BWL sound great look good nice details . so far no problems knock on wood
I keep sitting on the fence with regards the Broadway ones.I said I wasn’t going down the sound route, both because of cost and mixing sound/non-sound locos, but I am still unsure! I find the FVM models run slower than Kato, which is the bulk of my fleet, although with DCC speed profiling, that isn’t a major issue. How do you find the sound Broadway locos run with your non-sound ones in the same consist?
