Neat looking train, different than whats here in America. I also notice there is no ties but yet look at the amount of hold downs they use for the rail. I think the New Zealand engineers would have a heart attack when they find out how few hold downs we use here
Their are ties but they are covered in ballast and most likely concrete ones, i dont know why theirs so many tie downs, come to think of it if their were ties then the tie downs would be about four feet apart, hmm i might have to look into this.
