The entire 180 Deg. curve at right side of the inner black circle at left side of scheme is totally useless. If you go down to the middle of it ((90 Deg. at 6 down and 7 across) and after a short straight track (so it does not become an S curve [ a no -no in RRing as causes derails galore], make straight [really called ' tangent '] ) track length of your longest car] then curve toward middle of lower passing siding you will then have a nice reversing loop. The wiring is easy in DC or DCC...

Or can do same going up to passing siding between 12 and 22 ...May be better here as it then joins the upper yard area . Or make both which then cross each other at about 12 across and 6 down....
