BB36-7 work in progress

This is my first attempt at modeling a BB36-7 narrow gauge locomotive. The body upgrade is relatively easy compared to the drive system. That is where the real challenge lies and from all indication it's going to be very expensive. I will post the pics as the rebuilding progresses.

      This is a great project. I'm tempted to try converting some big standard gauge models to Nm myself. Have you tackled the running gear yet? I'd be interested in your approach.

      Well ddechamp71 has been very kind and donated four complete z scale trucks. I'm doing some mock ups right now. Wish me luck. :D
