BNSF in Chilli Sub

1:1 Wooden tie joiner, probably used for detection circuitry, much the same modelers use plastic joiners to separate electrical blocks for detection on their layouts. There was a similar wooden joiner on the other rail about 8 to 10 feet to the left.
