This article was published in "48 Top Notch Track Plans" or a similar title back by Kalmbach in the 80's--used to have a copy! The area doesn't look too much like Columbus, Ohio but there is a Columbus Junction, Iowa, on CPKC's former ex-ICE/DME, exx-Milwaukee Road trackage in that part of Iowa. I've traveled near this area a number of times and it's a good town.
