Very good pic. I had to look twice to be sure it's a model. With a little more weathering on the models...it would be very hard to tell...nice job.

Yup. She was large. Well over 10,000 miles. In 1970, the Milw was the very first true US RR to span four time zones. And the closest to being a real transcontinental. Reaching from Louisville, KY, to the Seattle Portland areas. Plus, in 1975, they did even explore a possibility that would have taken them further east. To at least Pittsburgh! My wife has some family, who live in the valley that would be just behind the photographer. So I'm quite familiar with this bridge. He's captured it so perfectly that it's real. WOW. Boxcab E50
Thats sharp!It doesnt look like N scale,I think the only thing that makes it look like a model is the shiny bumper on the container chassis.
Holy crap, I used to drive under that bridge on the way to and from the Gorge. Hard to tell it's even a model...
