Nice operation shot. I saw a Loram rail grinder once as it took siding for the night. The crew had to be the filthiest individuals I've ever seen. They were covered in dark gray grinding dust. The Loram is a complex machine. It must be difficult to find technically competent people who will deal with the working conditions.
