@RailMix Between the Sanborn Fire Insurance maps and a 1951 phone book that I found in the local library, I was able to correctly position and brand the different gas stations.
@r_i_straw That definitely rings true. Where I grew up in a town of 1600, there were five gas stations in four blocks plus one around the corner. It's just not something that's often modeled.
