Iowa Interstate GP38-2

Finally done! Yes I started this 2006. It was literally the last locomotive to be painted in my shop in Northern Illinois. It was ready for decals when I put it away and moved to Champaign IL in 2007. I found it this past May of 2012 and just finished it on June 20, 2012.
