Mezzanine decks on Verne Alexander's HO layout

A low strip of fascia separates decks on the HO layout, described in Layout Design Journal #58. http://www.ldsig.org/ldj-index This technique creates the appearance of independent decks without the helix or long ramp needed for traditional multi-deck layouts.
