Some day, when I finally get motivated, I am going to build my layout based on Durango to Silverton with just a little bit of the Rio Grande Southern to the West of Durango. Right now I am working on narrowing the gauge on a Con Cor Galloping Goose.
If you do RGS, ya GOTTA do Lizard Head Pass! Rico station, Dolores, etc... The list goes on and on. I would love to see a Durango-Silverton Nn3 layout....
I really need to get off my duff and start building. I have the room all set up with lighting, just need to get going on the bench work.
