Is it gas? I want one of them so i can drift with em.

It is gas (nitro) powered. Probably not the best option for something to drift with. The electric cars work better for drifiting because of a more linear power band making them easier to control in a slide. Nitro motor's tend to unload when the car breaks traction making it harder to control a drift. Besides, this is designed for off-road. The track we race on has jumps where you are 6-8' in the air and landing 20-30' down range.

Yeah gas really inst something to drift with but there fast!! Do you know the top speed on this thing? I seend one got over 80 MPH once and i was amazed. But talking about drifting i seen people with Xmods and drift with em. I would like to get one just to drift with.

80 is kind of unrealistic, at that speed, tires start to explode from the centripital force. Something going 80mph is built just to go fast. In race trim an 1/8 buggy will top out around 45-50 at best. 1/8 onroad cars will hit close to 70. Just for reference, the current RC surface speed record is held by an electric boat at just shy of 130mph the last I had heard. No tires to self destruct on a boat.
