Phoebe Snow on th EL

This Erie-Lakawana lounge/observation car carries the markers for the famed passenger train "The Phoeebe Snow". The custom painted and detailed cars as well as the module are the handy work of a very talented modeler and fellow Philly NTRAKer, Mark Beer.
