Saratoga and North Creek

This is part of the Saratoga and North Creek tourist train roster.From what I was told by the owner there is less than 50 of these units in the country.I took this shot at the Saratoga Springs train station.

      Indeed, there aren't many left - less than 60 were produced! Maybe a dozen are preserved.

      always wished that PRR or one of the local PA RRs had some as I like their looks.
      had one in HO as a child, believe it was Rock Island roadname if I remember correctly (not bad for 50 years of trying to recall)
