USRA 0-6-0

This is a Bachmann USRA 0-6-0. The cast on detail was removed and replaced with Cal-Scale brass parts. The plastic tender wheels were replaced with Walthers metal wheelsets, wipers were added to the tender trucks for all-wheel electrical pickup and a TCS decoder is installed in the tender.
