W&LE 3073 was seen idling on the end of the Wheeling and Lake Erie line in Connellsville, waiting to get onto CSX. It was joined up with W&LE 6316 and W&LE 3067. This engine is an ex-Union Pacific SD40-3 built in December 1966. The background lighting for this was created by the lights of the Connellsville Municipal Authority (a large sewage treatment plant). Normally the light does not appear so bright at night but the deep snowcover reflects all the light back into the air. "Night Landscape" setting with about -0.7 EV was used with this.
