Here’s a Waffle House, Boulevard of broken dreams diner and a foromat which I purchased from a online source. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I remember using PhotoMarts and eating at Waffle House. When I was much younger. This weekend I picked up a 'Tyco' Ma's Place, 'model power' Rural Lumber Mill, 'Revell' Stearman Kaydet model plane, 'Highway Miniatures' Fordson Farm Tractor and 1925 Ford Mail Truck. All in original boxes. All for $10.
There’s basically a Waffle House on every other block on the beach between Biloxi and Gulfport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The only southern city I was in was Beaumont, Texas when I got married. I was a drill sergeant then. Not to many in Cam Ron Bay, Vietnam.
Here’s my station. I just got finished putting it together today. Yesterday I spray painted the pieces and today I assembled it altogether. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well, yesterday I received my Digitrax DCS 52. I spent the day programming in the numbers in the decoders for the locos. I have a lot to learn from it. Though there are some decoders that are stubborn. They are the older digitrax drop in decoders and one of my newer sound decoders for my atlas "What if" locomotive will do the start up and horn/bell and airbrakes/throttle change up. Though I can't figure out how to get it to roll down the tracks. The other locomotives are not a problem. Anyway, I will have my time putting together two more buildings for my layout that I received today. Plus I am still waiting for my track shipment from Japan. They literally shipped it by ship! Anyway Merry Christmas!
Now I have to try to add the numbers on the locomotive. Will and Leo are ready to head over to the corporate headquarters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here’s a update on about where the buildings are going to be in the vicinity of the layout. I am still waiting for the new tracks to arrive. Until then I will have to run on this loop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here’s another shot of the GP38 that I am converting to the locomotive from the 1987 movie “End of the line “ with Wilford Brimley and Levon Helm . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Finally!!! After three months coming from Japan. The rest of my Tomix tracks are here!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Okay I guess that the photos didn’t load up. Well here’s what I got and what has been done earlier this afternoon before I ran some errands today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I completed my build up on the track tonight or early this morning. I added the structures to give everyone an idea of where things are going. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks Mudkip! Especially with the passing track at the bottom of the yard. It makes it look a lot bigger. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here’s some photos of the layout with some cars and locomotives. I will need to get some wire and connectors to wire up every spur, yard tracks and main line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here’s some video shots from my layout. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJEYLQT7/ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJEYaadJ/ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJEYjNLp/ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMJEYNUro/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here’s a couple of shots with what I will call the maximum capacity of cars and locomotives in the yard and on the spur tracks. Yes, I could have a lot longer train if desired. Though this is temporary until I start the hard wiring of my layout. I received the new soldering equipment and wiring today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
