Do you plan on doing something with the rather shape edges. I don't think I would like that.

I wish that I had a drill press also! Hmm interesting device! I might have to go there and check out this item. Although I am done with most of my drilling. Besides drilling more wire holes for lighting up the buildings. I will be using the Woodlands Scenic just plug system, since my wife bought me two of their pre lit buildings for Christmas.

Yes, as I explained to BNSF. I would like to find a trim to cover the top of the plexiglass barrier and something to bring the corners together. I guess that I will have to search google for this. Because I didn’t see what I was looking for in Lowes although I didn’t ask either

Thanks! I was able to find this for a good price. Although I would only need 20ft of it. I got 32ft for a cheap price.

Started on the scenery for my layout the other day. I ran into a roadblock, the spray bottle was streaming instead of misting. So today I bought a couple of spray bottles, brushes and some glue. Plus I received an righthand switch to replace the one in the yard that was causing issues with the current flow. Also received a pair of fuel cranes for the yard. Now it’s time to get to work on my layout.

Here’s a brief update on my layout, I ordered some trees recently and they came in today. Instead of an tunnel, which Missouri Pacific didn’t have any where I was raised. I decided to use trees to add an divider effect. Plus this is what else I have done for the layout. I used my big long 89’ double door boxcar to distance the trees from the tracks. Since I don’t run well cars and anything near this length. This was just one order of 70 trees that I ordered. I will definitely need a lot more!![IMG]

Hey, if you motorized those trees so they spin, you'd have a 'green' car wash!

    Seriously though, they look great.

Wow, impressive work. I'd love to see a video if you can find the time. I follow your thread with much interest.

Thanks Chops, I don’t have any videos from me building the layout. Though I have some videos of my trains prior to adding the scenery. I don’t have any downloaded to YouTube. I do have some downloaded to TikTok.

That works, too! And you have on board sound. A very busy classification yard!

All four of my Intermountain SD40-2’s have sound. I was originally going to make it bigger, though it would have taken away from the other side of the layout. I figured two tracks on each side and the three tracks for refueling, cabooses, and locomotive repair and locomotives awaiting assignment.

Here’s some up grades for my Boulevard of broken dreams diner , Waffle House and doughnut shop. These are the cheap figures from wish. Not too bad for 100 pieces. Mainly for filling up buildings with. Though got to admit that Marylin has darker hair in this rendition.

I am just waiting for my last batch of trees. I decided to clean up the rails and make it look more like a layout instead of a workbench. I still have a batch of small trees on hand. Anyway here’s another update on my layout.

I used an 36"x80" Hollow core door with 1 1/2" foam board on top. With an 30"x 6foot folding table that its connected too.

Maybe it was just how I am using the camera? This is a door. Also the layout itself might be an optical illusion. I am using inches. In centimeters it’s
91.4cm x 203.2 cm. Maybe again it is just the angle of the camera?

Or maybe you are using smaller radii?
    Mine are 15R and 13.75R...
