Hey Guys... Has anyone ever turned a non-working MP signal bridge into a working one???? For the last week I have been looking at this signal and it looks very easy to do but.... do I use led's or grain-o-wheat bulbs????

    Mike,
I looked at that several years ago, and now I see good possibilities with the nano LED's thats availavle from ngineering.com. They are
.080"x120" (very small) and come in red, yellow and green.

Just be ready with a white table, a magnifying
    glass/visor, and a clear area for a 6ft. radius...
Those Nano's are the size of a grain of sand.

    ...BUT they are BRIGHT!

...AND The people over a ngineering are TOTALLY
    AWESOME to work with!!

Double sided sticky tape on a hunk of brass. Works great for holding those tiny LED dots down while you solder on a wire twice as wide! [IMG]

Ok.....not bad for under $8.00 my first signal bridge I used a 1.8 led and 26 awg wire. on my next I am going to go with a smaller led and wire. This was for the back of the layout and just a test. So.... the next should be better!!!

PS.... I must Say Thanks for some help on this little project from another Train Buddy David (Piute Flats Branch) [IMG]

Mike - awesome!! The dock scene is killer also. You better get a signal maintainer over to that dwarf signal quick, though. It's showing a green aspect w/ a train occupying the block [IMG] !

Very nice Mike. That's super modeling for just a little bit of cash.

Great job, it proves that you don't have to drop big $$$ to have a great layout.
