One pair of truss rods is fixed against the frame ...
Fixing one of nut/washers by a drop of ACC to end of truss rod ...
Making fine nut/washers from industrial NBWs
A difficult preparation for inside truss rod. Hole must be drilled first and than I use a juweler's saw blade for making the sloped opening
... and outside truss rod that is going on top of side wall is inserted
Flour planks have got a cutout for outside truss rods ...
End bocks are fastened against the frame by a fine nail
Small parts for truss rods going outside over side walls: small saddels riding on center of side walls and end blocks
First under body details are added, cross beams for queen post and additional stiffener beams which are glued on main an intermediate sills
See the difference between a new gondola (in front) and an old gondola that is arched up. The upper end side boards are removed at old gondola.
Walls are glued on floor and end side stakes are added
Preparing Frame/floor for first stakes at end boards
Edges are grinded for a smooth surface
Gluing the side walls and ends together using a small wood jig reaching exact dimension
