    Midland RR--Norwood passing track

I got to ride in the cupola of the old ATSF caboose on the end of the train. My dream came true! Here the train pauses at Norwood for the engine...

    Midland RR--44 tonner

Poor creature. One of my favorite switch engines is missing something vital.

    Midland RR--almost a curve!

Kansas is fairly flat and the curves in a RR rare.

  • About TrainBoard

The TrainBoard discussion forum is one of the Internet's oldest railfan, railroad and model railroad-related websites; online continuously since March 2000.

RailImages was started as a separate site in the early-2000s, before image-hosting was common on the Internet. Although online image and video hosting is commonplace now, we still host over 100,000 railroad and model railroad-related images, and the count grows daily. RailImages is now integrated with TrainBoard, and both domain names access the site equally.

SpecialRuns is a new project, and it is growing. We hope to offer a number of model railroad special runs in the near future.

    New members are always welcome.
