Give it time, I'm sure it'll find a good home somewhere. The car in pictures and the walk through video appears to be in really good shape, so I think it's just a matter of finding a buyer. I'd be more concerned if it was just a rusted out hulk.
SP Triple Unit Diner It's a surprise that the car is still around. From what I see in the video the car(s) are from the "Lark". The car was originally a fluted side car painted in Two Tone Grey. Fluted side Pullman built cars rusted out as the fluting wasn't water tight and the acidic soap got in and rusted out the framing. Espee rebuilt the cars in the late 1950's and early 1960's with new framing and stainless steel sides. The outside views of the car show the rebuilt results. Many cars were rebuilt including coaches, diners, Pullmans and so on.
