SEARAILS is pleased to announce the availabilty of the STONE HARBOR structure series, and its new Construction equipment, which were introduced at the NMRA 2006. All SEARAILS products are now available as single purchase items. There are no sprues to remove from the vehicles, but each one has a removable tab to hold while painting. Structures are single piece, highly detailed, printed in color with small "footprints". Special interest structures have been created in different eras; Steam fans will appreciate the wood railside water tank and pump house, and the engine shed which is long enough to accomodate both the engine and its tender. The country Gas Station is also from the steam period, with a store and open service bay, and two pumps topped by globes, and a flying red horse hanging sign. The hospital and emergency entry, police station with jail, firehouse, and library can all be converted to other uses, and repainted with acrylic paints with ease. There are a variety of industrial buildings both modern and not, as well as a Cement Batch plant which may serve the Cement Truck from the new vehicles, and can receive raw materials from our Dump Trucks and Transfers, which can be sorted and loaded by any of our 3 different Dozers, or Grader and BackHoe. The public service buildings can surround the "Village Green" in a small town, and will soon be joined by storefronts and apartment resident buildings. These buildings to come will be wall sections only, which may be easily cut and rearranged by "scratch" or "bash" builders. Suggestions for designs will be appreciated through August. OOOOoooo . . . those SF-20 Modern and SF-22 Assy plants are a really nice design idea. Now where can I put one of those beauts on my Y. Hmmmmm . . . And the SHI-5 power station + trsansmission tower would be nice in the factory area. Use that E-Z Line to string them up. Need a Godzilla model for the kids too.
