Interesting insight to construction techniques, I assume concrete, but could be mistaken. Your text implies that Big-4 is building the bridge to cross the lower line. Who owns the lower line?
Roger, do you know if after the bridge was completed, anyone got an over and under shot of two trains?
The line under the bridge is a good question. I really have no idea. And, no, I do not have any photos of trains on either one of the tracks.
