While PRR and NYC had individual stations in New York for their operations. With the B&O operated bus system they had three stations in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn as well as additional stop.
Somewhere in one of my books is a picture of a B&O bus and they were richly painted in B&O colors and looked great, much like the sketch in your timetable.
