No - Model Power is trying to appeal to the largest group it can by offering a "streamline" Pacific such as this which is probably supposed to somehow resemble "The Chessie" re-built F-19 4-6-2s of 1948. The B&O had a similar streamline Pacific re-build for the Royal Blue. I'm not sure what Model Power based their engine on, but it doesn't look like anything on the C&O or B&O as far as I have seen.
