    Ok, this might be an easy one for the real buffs.

    The 20th Century Limited left Grand Central Terminal on Dec. 2nd, 1967 for the very last time. The Century was always train #25. Because it was over 9 hours late arriving in Chicago, the name 20th Century and number 25 died in route. What number did it arrive as?

    There were two Century porters standing in the doorway of a sleeper as the train pulled out. They had been talking to two redcaps on the platform. Although one of the porters might have wanted to use some less attractive words, he uttered this immortal sentence, "Well, see ya later boys".

    I did some research, but couldn't find the # the train had at the time. However I did find what units where pulling and the cars on that train:
