This self unloader has a 250' boom that can be positioned. It is built for my 614' and 735' Great Lakes bulkers.

The elevator house occupies the two rear hatches. The boom is positionable. This all-styrene kit is easy to build. Rigging is left to the modeler, as it will depend on the positioning of the boom. It is shown on my Z scale model of the AlgoSteel, a 735' Fitzgerald-class Laker.

See my website for ordering details.

Pete, you sure are the master of styrene ships. Hope someday to be able to catch a glimpse of some of your work. It is beautiful.

    Thanks, Loren.

I'm not doing many shows this year, as the family situation down in Alabama is keeping me down there. The N Scale show in Sacramento is just too far away to transport all the models (shipping is exorbitant and dangerous to their well being).

Thanks, Joe! One of the best things is that I'm still learning. I would never have tried this type of truss structure even a year ago.
