Wow! What a beauty!!! My father is 64 too and Parkinson got him bad, he wouldn’t certainly not be able to paint such a minuscule car. Great paint job! Ben
these are very nice cars, and nicely done in the pictures. i ordered 5 and i'm glad it did it today! dave f.
I ordered 10 today myself! I also signed up for the Z Car club, since I will be needing lots of cars, so any discounts down the road are worth it.
They are just to cool! I've ordered 3 RTR and 2 unpainted a couple of minutes ago. I also join the Club.
Has any bobby gotten these automobiles yet? And if so maybe some one could post some quality pictures off them here on the forum?
I've send Searails (Jim) a Mail regarding this Items and a order but he diden't respond my E-Mail. That was 3 weeks ago.
i was told that december was "production" month. i took that to mean that not until january, sometime, would they be ready to ship. dave f.
'55 BEL AIR UPDATE We are processing only orders received through the website.(zcarclub.searails.com - no "www" is needed) Sorry Jurg, we did not receive your email, please make your order through the website. (zcarclub.searails.com - no "www" is needed) There were 5 orders of 20 cars made on the website. With this diminished response we will be producing only 50 units of this model instead of the planned 100, and we will only make pre-paid orders in the future. We expect production of unpainted product (30 units) to be completed by the end of December, and painted product (20 units) by the end of January. Each takes about an hour to produce, clean and paint. Please watch for the Z Scale Car Club Newsletter next week for a variety of special offers to those who have joined (28). Sales of the Club Membership seems to be more desirable than the actual Z Scale Cars themselves. Jim Shiff
Jim, I didn't see a cut-off date for ordering. I still need to place an order and was just talking to some of the guys in DC here about it on Saturday at our meeting. Randy
Jim, Just because you don't sell 100 the first time it is offered, that does not mean that others down the road and newbys won't buy em later. They should not take much shelf space to keep as inventory. Then down z road you might offer a mixed batch of "spare" cars. I already joined and ordered one car FOR NOW! I intended to order more LATER but seems like a limited production. That's the trouble with BRAND X- They only make enough to sell right away--- I've been looking for the Montana car and it's all Gone. Once your little cars get out in the populus and a reputation is built..... It is also confusing to have multiple ordering sites. Best, Fred
I really don't know if I ordered correctly, but I paid through pay-pal so they should have a record of that. I thought with the magic of RP that you didn't need any shelf space for stock. If something is ordered just pull up the 3D file and make it. ???
