My line is Baltimore & Ohio. I
grew up in Ohio, with relatives in Baltimore, so I gravitated to this line. I
also will have elements of Chesepeake & Ohio.
    The baseball side
is set in the late 50's Southeastern Ohio. Baseball was still king. This is a
rickety old minor league park. The trailer park is the 50-80's. So, the general
motif is 50's, but I'll have some situational 80's stuff.

Nice looking! Love the ball park in the middle, just hope a homer doesn't nail some poor traincrewman!

Pics came out artistic, too. Got a track plan?

The track plan was simply the Woodland Scenics Mountain/Valley scene. Here's a picture in progress that shows the layout. [IMG]

The pics were taken in very low light, with a 15 seconds time lapse to get that golden sunset look. Thanks for the kinds words!

Many a ball park was built next to/ near the main line or stub yard . Games would not be the same with out a horn or two like in Seattle .... Nice work on the lighting as well . Nice work Scott !!

Thanks! Yes, I always kept Brewster's Millions in mind, with the train running through the outfield.

Part of what's fascinating about older and even today, many minor league ballparks is that their dimensions were dictated by the property they had available to them. Some of the fence measurements would be super short to one field or the other, due to some building...or in this case...a railroad. My right field in only 300', so I built version of a "Green Monster" to compensate.
