Alco C-636

Hi All,
Several months ago I ordered three Alco 636 locos from Lowell Smith. I was told that they would be delivered by the end of 2017. I have not seen or heard anything of them. I’ve also been charged for them. I have tried to contact Lowell several times to no avail.
Has anyone received theirs’?

 

Maybe I am wrong but there are no current production N scale Alco 636s on the market. The only ones produced were by Concor years ago. However there was a guy producing shells to make your on using current mechanisms and trucks. http://www.cescalemodels.com/

 

Lowell Smith is having them made. Not exact but close enough.

Probably the hold up is Atlas and a few months delay would not be unusual.

I just now received a response from Lowell stating that the delay is on Atlas' end. Unfortunately there are no updates.

Patience is a virtue, catch it if you can.
