I received the latest DVD in the mail this week. I sat down, got comfortable and proceeded to enjoy some fine model railroading. About 20 minutes into the DVD, the video quality became very poor. At one point the DVD just gave up trying and stopped. I emailed Allen Keller the next morning. He emailed me back that afternoon and apologized and said a new DVD would be sent out and to discard the poor one when the new one arrived. Now gentlemen and gentlewomen, this is what I would call EXCELLENT customer service!!! Bravo to Mr. Keller. I will continue to be a customer in the future...
Sounds good! What is the subject RR in this video? I've always wanted to get some specific issues. But have never been far enough ahead to afford them. Are older releases still stocked? Or allowed to sell out? Boxcab E50
The DVD is Great Model Railroads VOL. 49. The railroad is built by Stephen and Cinthia Priest. The railroad is Santa Fe. He did a pretty nice job of double decking it. It looks like it would be a blast to operate on. I believe you can still get the older releases however I think only the last 6 are on DVD. They are a bit pricey but I enjoy watching model trains run....
