Just got my copy today. Still in wrapper.

Canadian and International Addresses
First Class and Priority Mail International air charges are automatically calculated by the web site program and are dependent upon the weight of the product, class of service and destination. The web site is not set up for dealer orders. Dealers must order by phone, fax, email or mail.
