To add to it, sometimes I get mail or email from various outfits telling me they have decided to change their policies and they want you to agree to them or have your account closed or frozen or whatever. In one particular case, my credit card company sent me their new policies and asked me to sign a statement saying I agreed to the new policies. I read the policies and a new stuck ou that they could now adjust my interest rate based on my employment status. I declined to abide the new policies and the bank is abiding by the original terms. As far as the terms for the ebay complaint resolution - I am guilty of not reading them. Eric
