Any steam loco Scratch-builders out there?

I have posted this before under the topic "pick-up problems". Please, I am in need of a parts supplier. (if one exists) Please read the following post and advise.

Hey i dont know if would help but there is a custom loco builder -Eddystone locomotive works that builds custom locos,but hes got a list.Iv been on it since september and iv heard it about 1yr wait

Hi Dan, do you have a website address for them? Any photos of his work, and does he only work in HO, or does he make other scales also?
