    I have to add another positive message: :thumbs_up:

    Today I received two replacement drives free of charge. A big "thank you" to IM customer service. This is really great service.

    Try sending an email to sales@intermountain.com
    I think that was the email address I used. Maybe you got a bot and thats the problem.

    my 3rd set of ft's has no headlight. i emailed IM on sunday, had a reply today sometime before lunch wanting my address to send a new circuit board! thats customer service if you ask me. love that B & O two tone blue paint!
