Anyone have one of the new Athearn SD40T-2s that can provide a diagram?

I have a bunch of old BB Athearn SD40T-2 shells that I want to upgrade to see through air intakes.

I was able to find a part number for the SD45T-2 part on the new shell online. Part number 91594, but I'm unsure if it's the same size as on the 40.

Anyone have the 40T-2 and can look at the diagram and get the part number for the grills?
Athearn doesn't list these on the parts website, but I'm going to try calling to see if I can get them.

I have a newer SD40. It's not a T-2 however. The see trough fan housings come in 2 pieces, one is the grill and the other is the fan. For mine it's 91787 with pan, 93460 w/o pan for the dynamic brake housing, 91788 with pan, 93461 w/o pan for the radiator fan housing (both are 48"). fan blade is 91785. Also, if your going the non-dynamic route, the housing #is 93462.

No no, not the fans, the raditor grill which is mounted at walkway level. Unique to tunnel motors.

The only tunnel I have is a GP40-2. Sorry about that.

Sorry, I had one of those moments and looked at the wrong box. I have the "L" window SD45 with ears.

I see you are not getting a specific answer here. I only have the SD45T-2. If nothing else you could just buy both and try them. I do think a talk with Athearn will give you the answer.

Yeah. That's going to be my last resort. Assuming they will sell me the part.

Try giving Internettrains a call. I've gotten Athearn parts from them in the past, and their a TB supporter too.

The problem is that if it's not listed in Athearn's parts catalog online, I'm not sure any retailer can get it. My LHS can get me any Athearn part that is on Athearn's site as available seperately. This particularly item is not listed as such.

Which is a shame, because I have to imagine it would be a good seller.

I've had issues with Athearn in the past. I'd go to my LHS and they'd tell me to call Athearn, then Athearn would tell me to go to my LHS and have them order it. Took forever but I eventually found my 30 some parts.
