Hey all...I'm getting back into MR after about an 18 year hiatus...you know, cars, girls, then marriage, kids, and now I'm 33, and got the bug again. Anyone around the Phoenix Area, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler area that would have any interest in helping me out with learning how to model scenery and such? I've got a current HO 4x8 layout that was 90% scratch built by a gentleman who'd retired from Motorola several years ago. It's nice to play with, and has some neat little animations on it, but the scenery (mountain) is pretty bad, as are the trees. I'd like to work on building up a nice HO layout, but would really like to learn the in's and out's of modeling scenery.
