Apache Railway may shut down

    Regardless of the reasons the mill is closing, the fact is that it IS closing, and with it the railroad that serves it. With that, several nice-looking Alco Centuries will be sidelined. Whether or not other Alco-centric roads (such as the Arkansas & Missouri) will pick them up is open to speculation.

    My advice to you (if you live relatively close, and by that I mean a state or two away) is go shoot the Apache while you can. This is about another railroad going bye-bye, nothing more.
